Course and Lesson Planning
When I first started as an instructor in fall 2016, I met with individuals who previously taught the course and developed my syllabus and notes based on their materials and the selected course textbook. Over the last few years, I've made adjustments to the course structure based on trial and error and student feedback. Over the last year, I've learned about educational tools, teaching methods, and lesson planning. What I have learned has been applied to my overall course planning and has made me a better prepared and organized instructor.

A sample of lesson plans and my fall 2020 course syllabus are provided to the right. These documents showcase how I use the tools, methods, and experience outlined in my teaching philosophy to aid learners.
